This is what I wore yesterday, I felt like a tiffany box all night;D, haha. Wearing a dress with sleeves is a great option when the weather isn´t at it´s best. You won´t get cold, but you can still look dressed up and feminine without adding another layer.

flirty business

When it comes to business wear, I prefer to wear things with some color during the summer, in between the classic black and white outfits . I still think it´s important to be respectful and appropriate, so playing around with max three colors is my own rule to keep it simple, clean and not too busy for the eye;). I feel that the jewelry should be kept quite simple, so  adding only a statement ring or a pair of stud earrings, is easy and elegant. It all starts underneath, so wearing a beautiful bra that fits well will make any woman feel good and more confident!

Today I celebrated in these shoes! I love them , but let´s say they are´nt the most comfortable shoes I own... We had such a fun time at the graduation/birthday party, and the food was super yummy;). I am also glad that the weather cleared up a bit, and gave the graduated a little bit of the sunshine they deserve! All and all it´s been a calm but nice day. I´ll show you what I wore later...Now I am just going to stay in and watch a movie before I´m off to bed. I´ve been feeling a little bit tired and slow today, so I think my body is trying to tell me to take  break... Let´s hope I´m better tomorrow, because I have a killer workout booked first thing in the morning ;)!

Good morning rainy day;). I woke up at 8am feeling tiiired! It must be because of the weather, because it´s dark, gray, cool and the sound of dripping rain is very calming... I am not giving up on the weather though, because I still believe this summer will be absolutely gorgeous;D. 

Today I have a graduation to attend, but before that I think I´ll just make some more coffee, hang out at home,  maybe do some weight training at the gym, and just take it kind of easy. What are all of you up to today?

vogue

While I was at the hairdresser the other day, I found this editorial in Vogue Paris, and I remember flipping through it once before as well... This is how I would like to look while on vacation, and all summer! I have to say though, that my look at  Bali was faaaaar from this;). I usually end up walking around with wet hair, makeup free, greasy from all the sun lotion, wearing worn out flip flops, only after a few days of trying behind. Well well, I can always dream right? I think this editorial is absolutely stunning.

Summer power

Last night we were invited to a couple of friends, and luckily for us, they make the best food ever;). 

We had a great night, with many interesting discussions. Also, I couldn´t help to notice the fact that everything is so green, flowery and fresh. The air is warm right now, even later in the evening, and nature is definitely at it´s best with all the sounds, smells and new life growing. 

Today I am overwhelmed by how effective one can be;D, haha. I have finally completed a huge school assignment (I think I lost about 10kg off my shoulders), studied and learned a lot about caffeine, worked out for almost two hours, cooked, cleaned,  made some very adult phone calls (lol) and written about a hundred emails;), and it´s only 2pm! I have a feeling that nothing can go wrong today, which must be true, because I have a sushi date with my bestie later<3. Hurray for Friday!

Cecilie Melli

A few weeks ago, I got an email from one of the lovely girls who works in the shop Sofinah on Uudenmaankatu 17. She wanted to let me know about their new jewelry brand Cecilie Melli, who is a Norwegian brand, found by designer Cecilie Melli. She designs women´s wear and accessories.

When I took a look at her website, I instantly liked what I saw, so I knew I had to go to the store (Sofinah), to check them out. I came home with the earrings I wore today, and I think they are very pretty and feminine. I especially like the delicate color combination of pearl and peach.
